Drawing a Still Life
4th Grade students were given a set up in the classroom that they then had to take pictures of with their iPads, in order to use it as a reference throughout the entirety of the project.
Their first step was to complete a realistic still life drawing, which we have been practicing for the past couple weeks.

After discussing values, students were given tempura paint assigning one color to each table. They used black and white to create different values.
All artists are utilizing skills involving drawing proportionally and paint mixing to create different values.
